Returns Policy
At Urban Class, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, please ensure that items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds.

To initiate the return process, contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Exchanges
We’re happy to facilitate exchanges for items of the same value. Reach out to our customer service team to arrange your exchange and get step-by-step instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exceptions
